1. Any user of this website states that he is 18 years of age or older.

2. Any Individual, Company or Institution can apply for an account online. It is at Ugarit’s sole discretion to accept or not the opening of such an account for the customer.

3. This commercial online store is an ordering module only. Shipping costs are approximated. All orders will be checked, and a Ugarit representative may contact you to determine the exact shipping charges as well as verify payment and other information and or notify you of acceptance or refusal of the order.

4. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices indicated are Suggested retail prices before taxes. All federal and provincial taxes will be added to the total.

5. Please adhere to the minimum quantities guidelines provided for each product.

6. Minimum order amount is $50, plus shipping and taxes. 18$ fee will be added to all orders smaller than this amount.

7. We offer free shipping on any order with a net amount (before shipping and taxes) of more than $750, provided that bulky items do not represent more than 10% of the invoice total (bulky items are indicated as such in the catalog).

8. Payment by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard) or certified cheque only.

9. Please note that we don’t manage back-orders.

10. Return merchandise authorisations (RMAs) must be requested within 7 days of receiving of the merchandise. Products must be in their original packaging, and shipped pre-paid. the RMA number has to be stated clearly on the outside of the package.
